Orchestrator flows trigger on a Chili Piper event or an incoming webhook. Today, those Chili Piper events are meeting, form, and routing-based, so a flow can only react to a chat indirectly once it produces a meeting. Chat's own conversation events aren't available as triggers.

Add Chat conversation events as Orchestrator triggers, so a flow can start from what happens in the chat itself, e.g. meeting not scheduled, Live Chat not joined, or a mid-flow abandonment.
