Disable automatic acceptance of calendar invites for inbound bookings
Taylor Jennings
Calendar invites from inbound bookings are automatically accepted, with no way to require manual review before a meeting is confirmed. This causes problems when spam or dummy leads book meetings.
Admins should be able to disable automatic calendar invite acceptance for inbound bookings, requiring manual review and acceptance before a meeting is confirmed on the rep's calendar.
Auto-accepting all inbound bookings without review creates noise on rep calendars and leaves teams vulnerable to spam bookings. Manual acceptance control gives ops teams a safeguard for lower-quality inbound traffic.

Google Meeting acceptance

When booking a meeting in Chili Piper, the calendar invite automatically shows a person accepted. Having this function prevents users to know if someone really accepted a meeting or not and how is CP to know when to send a specific reminder to someone when they did not accept. We would like this feature turned off for google meet calendar invites.

YES please! Our reps like using the Suggested Times feature to accelerate meeting scheduling with one-click links. However, this doesn't work when we get "fake SPAM meetings" because we sell into an industry (Government) that often has stricter IT policies for email security. We've had this happen multiple times and have had to tell our team to stop using this feature altogether, which is a big disappointment.

Have an option to set if you want form guests to have automatic confirmation/acceptance of booked meeting from Concierge/booking links or not.

We are receiving a lot of spam and it's hard to know when someone is actually intending to show up to a call or when they're just wasting our time with the auto-acceptance. Being able to toggle off auto-acceptance would give us more information going into the call so that we can set expectations appropriately

Yes definitely something we would like to see, we are seeing that some do not attend and if we would have known then the sales rep wouldn't have blocked their calendar for the meeting.
