Enrichment in Chat
released

The AI chat collects information through structured questions, but doesn't passively capture contextual signals that emerge naturally in conversation, such as a competitor name mentioned in passing or a use case described without being directly asked. That data is lost unless the visitor answers a specific question.
Requested behavior: Allow the AI to recognize and extract key data points from conversational context, such as competitor mentions, pain points, or product interests, and store them as enrichment data on the associated record.
Why it matters: Buyers often reveal their most valuable context organically, not in response to structured questions. Capturing that signal passively makes the record richer without adding friction to the conversation.
