Free Admin Licenses

Admins who configure settings, manage routing, and oversee the workspace but never have meetings booked for or from them are required to hold a full paid license. This creates an awkward cost burden, especially for ops or RevOps users who use Chili Piper purely for configuration and oversight.
Charging full seat prices for non-booking users is a frequent point of friction in renewal and expansion conversations. It discourages customers from properly resourcing their admin function and creates a pricing perception problem relative to tools that separate admin and user access.
