Currently Round Robin Scheduling Links only allow the host of the meeting to be either the booker or the assignee. This causes issues with assignment of activity in the CRM to the wrong person for tracking purposes. It also causes issues with the meeting being hosted by the assignee. The solution would be to allow individual meeting participants to be set as the host of the meeting. This would ensure that activity was assigned to the correct person and they were made the host of the meeting.
