Chili Piper has no native integration with Aircall. Teams that use Aircall as their primary phone and SMS platform have no way to connect it to Chili Piper's scheduling and routing workflows. This means meeting reminders cannot be sent via Aircall SMS, inbound calls through Aircall cannot trigger Chili Piper booking flows, and there is no way to surface Chili Piper scheduling data within Aircall's interface.

Chili Piper should build a native integration with Aircall that supports at minimum SMS reminders sent through Aircall numbers and the ability to initiate or surface scheduling links during phone interactions in Aircall.

Aircall is a widely used business phone platform. Teams that have standardized on it for all phone and SMS communication currently have no path to leverage it within Chili Piper workflows, requiring separate tools or manual processes to bridge the gap. A native integration would allow these teams to keep scheduling touchpoints consistent with their existing communication stack.
