Marketers using this feature find it useful to know who is appearing, and then strategize outbound targeting of those accounts based on that intel even if the accounts do not engage with the website chat or submit a form. Today, Chili Piper receives the same information from Leadfeeder, but is only useful for chat-specific targeting and website experiences. Chili Piper should present the deanonymized accounts provided from Leadfeeder into the Chili Piper app as a list view in the Logs section.
