Meta/Facebook integration for conversion tracking
Taylor Jennings
When a meeting is booked through Chili Piper, there's no native way to send that conversion event back to Meta. Teams running paid social campaigns on Facebook or Instagram can't close the loop between ad spend and booked meetings, which limits their ability to optimize campaigns using Meta's algorithm.
Chili Piper should support sending booking events to Meta as conversion signals, similar to how Calendly handles this natively.
Without it, marketing teams either lose attribution entirely or rely on workarounds like server-side event tracking that require engineering involvement to maintain.

Native Concierge embed inside Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ads post-submission
Lucia Avraamides
Today Chili Piper's Meta integration is limited to pixel-based conversion tracking (firing standard events like Lead, PageView) after a visitor has left the Meta platform. There's no way for Concierge to render natively inside Meta's own Instant Form / Lead Ads flow immediately after form submission.
Customer context: an advertiser running Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram) captures leads via Meta's native Instant Form, which stays within the Meta app/webview. The lead is pushed to their CRM and qualified externally (e.g. via Clay), but because the booking flow can't be embedded inside Meta's own form UI, there's no way to route/book instantly at the moment of submission the way Concierge does on a company's own website. Redirecting the lead to an external booking URL after they've already left the ad is the only current workaround, which adds friction and drop-off.
Requested behavior: allow Concierge (or a lightweight booking experience) to render directly within the Meta Lead Ads post-submission flow, so qualified leads can book a meeting in the moment, without leaving the Meta platform.
Why it matters: high-volume Meta advertisers lose the "instant conversion" advantage Concierge provides on owned web properties, specifically because Meta's native lead form doesn't support embedding third-party booking calendars today. This is a recurring gap for prospects/customers running meaningful Meta ad spend as a lead source.
