Microsoft Teams is not fully integrated with Chili Piper. Teams-based organizations can't manage meetings or receive routing notifications within Teams, requiring them to switch to Chili Piper's interface.
Chili Piper should offer a full Microsoft Teams integration that supports meeting management and routing notifications within the Teams environment.
Microsoft Teams is the primary collaboration tool for a significant portion of enterprise customers. Without a native integration, Chili Piper adds unnecessary friction for Teams-first organizations.

The current Microsoft Teams integration doesn't read conversation data. Teams that use Teams channels or direct messages as a primary communication layer have no way to surface that context in Chili Piper, such as for meeting prep, routing decisions, or AI-generated briefs.
Requested behavior: Expand the Microsoft Teams integration to include the ability to read relevant chat and channel messages, so that Teams conversation data can be incorporated into Chili Piper workflows like meeting prep briefs or activity history.
Why it matters: For Teams-first organizations, conversation history lives in Teams, not in the CRM. Excluding it from Chili Piper's data layer means meeting briefs and routing context are incomplete for a significant portion of the customer base.

I'd not say it's only for Concierge, I'd say It needs to be for all the products - and more precisely for those who require a prompt action like Chat
