There's no way to transfer configuration from a Chili Piper sandbox to a production instance. Customers who test routing rules, Meeting Types, or other settings in a sandbox have to manually recreate every configuration in production, which is time-consuming and error-prone.

Allow admins to export and import or directly promote configurations, such as routing rules, Meeting Types, and distribution queues, from a sandbox instance to a production instance.

Forcing manual recreation of sandbox configurations in production is a meaningful barrier to confident testing and a source of configuration errors at launch. It also slows onboarding for new customers who build out their setup in a sandbox first.
