Chili Piper is currently form-agnostic and depends on external tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to capture lead data before routing. Teams without a mature MAP setup, or those looking to simplify their stack, have no way to use Chili Piper as a standalone capture-and-route solution.
Requested behavior: Provide native form-building capabilities within Chili Piper so teams can create, embed, and manage forms directly in the product, feeding submissions straight into routing flows without requiring an external form tool.
Why it matters: Reduces stack complexity, lowers the barrier to getting started with Chili Piper, and gives teams a single place to manage capture and routing logic without maintaining integrations between separate tools.
