Calendar events marked as busy block all incoming bookings. Teams running event scheduling or other scenarios where meetings should be allowed regardless of busy status have no way to override this behavior.
Admins should be able to configure specific Meeting Types or booking scenarios to allow scheduling even when a calendar is marked as busy, without affecting the user's primary calendar availability.
A blanket busy block is too restrictive for event contexts where multiple simultaneous commitments are expected. Selective override gives admins the flexibility to allow bookings where it makes sense without changing global availability rules.
