Preserve or Reassign ChiliCal License When Removing Bundled Licenses
CP test
Current Behavior:
When a Concierge, Handoff, or Distro license is removed from a user, the bundled ChiliCal access is also removed automatically. If the customer wants the user to retain ChiliCal access, they must manually assign a standalone ChiliCal license afterward.
Requested Enhancement:
When removing a Concierge, Handoff, or Distro license from a user, and standalone ChiliCal licenses are available, present an option to:
"Keep ChiliCal access for this user by assigning an available ChiliCal license."
This could be implemented as either:
A confirmation dialog during license removal.
An optional checkbox selected during the removal workflow.
An automatic prompt whenever available ChiliCal licenses exist.
Benefit:
This would streamline license management, reduce administrative steps, and prevent accidental loss of ChiliCal access for users who no longer require Concierge, Handoff, or Distro functionality but still need scheduling capabilities.

"I tried to leave a comment but I don't have a login/password to do so. Here is my comment:
When revoking the Concierge license, I had no idea that it would auto revoke the Chilical license too. Nor was I notified that this would happen. I found out it happened when later I tried to book a demo using the chilical scheduler and could not access the round robin meeting links. I then had to research why I couldn't access them, and eventually reach out to CP support to get an answer. This was time-consuming and could have been avoided."
