Proactive admin alerts for platform issues
Taylor Jennings
Admins have no way to be notified when something goes wrong in the platform unless they are actively logged in and checking.
Admins should receive proactive alert notifications when platform issues or errors occur, so they can respond without needing to monitor the product directly.
Admins who don't log in daily will miss critical issues that affect their team. Proactive alerting ensures problems are caught and addressed quickly regardless of login frequency.

Admin alert when CRM actions stuck in pending
Bibiana Lorscheiter Afonso
When a Concierge record's CRM actions get stuck in pending, admins have no way of knowing unless they happen to check manually. By the time the issue is discovered, the window to act on a time-sensitive lead may have already closed.
Admins should receive a notification when a CRM action has been in pending status for longer than a configurable threshold, so they can investigate and intervene before the delay causes downstream problems.
For orgs routing high-intent or high-cost leads, silent CRM failures are unacceptable. Proactive alerting is the minimum viable response to a system that can fail without any visible signal.

Notify admins when a Salesforce event fails to create after a meeting is booked
Taylor Jennings
When a Salesforce event fails to create after a meeting is booked, such as due to field character limits, there is no notification. Admins discover the failure only when they notice the missing record.
Chili Piper should send a notification when a Salesforce event creation fails after a booking, including details about why it failed, so admins can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Silent event creation failures leave CRM data incomplete and can cause downstream workflow failures. Proactive notification closes the gap between failure and resolution.

It is not just the event creation, but contact creation as well. I recently had people fill out a Chili Piper form to book a meeting and enter their email address. The email address that we had in Salesforce for those individuals did not match the addresses provided. As there was no email match Chili Piper tried to create a contact, but with Salesforce Duplicate rules, the same first and last name at the same account triggered a message asking whether or not to use an existing record, killing the automation to create/update the contact.
I was unaware of the failure until the AE who received the message from Chili Piper about their new lead asked me where it was in Salesforce since the lifecycle stage of contact they found with the same name had not progressed.
Without that message, I likely would never had known there was an issue, and we could have lost that lead.

Absolutely critical to have notifications for any errors. Finding it after the fact is unacceptable for our org, especially for time sensitive leads that have an extremely high cost.
