Replace technical error messages with plain language explanations
Error messages in Chili Piper are technical and not human-readable. When something fails, admins receive messages that provide no context about what went wrong or what to do next, forcing them to open a support ticket for issues they should be able to diagnose and resolve independently.
Replace technical error messages with plain-language explanations that describe what failed, why it likely happened, and what the admin can do to resolve it without contacting support.
Enterprise customers shouldn't need a support ticket to understand why a routing rule failed or why a sync didn't complete. Actionable error messages reduce support volume, speed up resolution, and respect the intelligence of the ops teams managing these configurations.

When a customer books time using a meeting link, if they select a time and the time has already been booked before they have a chance to click submit, they see a vague error. The error says "couldn't book the meeting". It's not clear why they're seeing an error. It would be helpful to see more descriptive error so they know how to fix it (i.e. pick another time).
Unfortunately, customers have to email their Sales rep so that the Sales rep can then send out a manual invite. Defeats the purpose of using Chili Piper links.
