When Slack notifications are configured on routing or assignment flows, each endpoint requires its own message configured individually. For flows with many endpoints, this means copying and pasting the same message repeatedly, and updating all of them any time something changes.
The request is to allow admins to define Slack notification templates once, with dynamic tokens that pull in relevant object data, and then apply those templates across any flow or router. You'd simply select the template at the endpoint and the system would populate it using the available data on the routed object.
This would reduce admin overhead, make notifications easier to iterate on, and eliminate the need for workarounds like managing duplicate templates in Salesforce flows.
