Teams hosting multi-day in-person events need to assign different groups of reps to different days, but Concierge has no native way to branch routing based on a date or day selection. When a prospect books a meeting at an event, there's no condition type that reads which day they chose and routes accordingly. The current workaround is building two separate routers and adding a custom date field to the form so the website team can redirect to the correct router based on the selection, which adds form complexity, requires website changes, and creates parallel router maintenance.
Admins should be able to configure a single router that branches based on a date or day-of-event selection, so that choosing Day 1 routes to one distribution of reps and choosing Day 2 routes to another, without requiring a second router or external form field logic.
Multi-day events are a common sales motion and the inability to handle day-based rep assignments in a single flow forces customers to over-engineer their setup. A date or day-of-week condition in routing logic would eliminate the need for duplicate routers and external dependencies, and would generalize to other time-sensitive routing scenarios beyond events.
