Requested behavior: recognize when a booked slot frees up, identify a warm or high-intent lead, and route that prospect into the newly open time automatically based on the rep's current freebusy, either as an immediate live connection or a same-day booking.

Existing coverage worth confirming first: Concierge Live already supports an immediate live call when a rep marks themselves available, and Handoff supports a freebusy-checked immediate transfer. This customer is not using either today, so part of this gap may be adoption rather than product.
