Chili Piper can route on structured CRM and firmographic fields, but it can't capture or act on first-party engagement signals like webinar attendance, content or white-paper downloads, or repeat visits to a high-intent page by a not-yet-identified visitor. A lead showing strong behavioral intent that isn't yet an MQL looks the same as a cold lead, so marketing has no way to flag it as hot before it reaches sales.
Track first-party engagement and behavioral intent (content downloads, webinar registrations and attendance, repeat page visits) and roll it into a qualification signal or score that's available as a condition in routing, so high-intent leads can be identified and prioritized before they're handed to a rep. Today the only workaround is to compute this in Salesforce and have Chili Piper read those fields and triggers.
The highest-intent buyers often aren't the ones who filled out a demo form, they're the ones quietly consuming content and returning to key pages. Without native intent capture that signal is invisible to routing, hot leads get treated like everyone else, and the moment of peak interest is wasted.
