Teams in Chili Piper are scoped to a single Workspace, so teams with multiple Workspaces have to recreate the same Team configuration in each one separately.
Admins should be able to define a Team once and share it across multiple Workspaces, so routing and scheduling logic can reference the same Team without duplication.
Recreating Teams across Workspaces is error-prone and creates maintenance overhead. Shared Teams would keep configuration consistent and reduce the cost of managing multi-Workspace setups.
