Spam checking is currently only available in Concierge and Chat. Teams whose spam submissions come through signup forms routed via Distro have no way to apply spam filtering to those flows.

Chili Piper should support spam checking as a configurable step in Distro flows, so teams can filter low-quality submissions regardless of which routing product they're using.

Spam doesn't only come through demo forms. Teams relying on Distro for signup or other inbound flows need the same spam protection available to Concierge users to prevent bad data from entering the CRM.
