The spam checker is bundled with Concierge and can't be used independently. Teams that want spam filtering capabilities but don't use Concierge for scheduling have no way to access it.

The spam checker should be available as a standalone capability that can be applied to any form or routing flow, independent of whether Concierge is being used.

Bundling spam checking with Concierge excludes teams that route through Distro or other flows from using a feature that would benefit them. A standalone option extends spam protection across the full platform.
