Suggested times for reschedule requests
Suggested times can only be used for initial meeting proposals. When a rep needs to reschedule a meeting, the only option is to send a reschedule URL, which requires the guest to navigate to a separate booking page. There's no way to embed clickable suggested times directly in a reschedule outreach.
Extend the suggested times feature to work in the context of reschedule requests, so reps can insert clickable time options into an email when proposing a new time for a meeting that needs to move.
Reschedules are a high-friction moment in the meeting lifecycle. Offering clickable times instead of a bare URL reduces steps for the guest and increases the likelihood of quickly landing on a new time, directly improving show rates on rescheduled meetings.
