Sync all meeting guests and their RSVP status to the Salesforce event record
released

Only the primary guest and their response status are written to the Salesforce event record. When additional attendees are added through Instant Booker, their names and RSVP statuses aren't tracked, leaving an incomplete picture of who was invited and whether they accepted.
Write all meeting attendees, including additional guests added through Instant Booker, to the associated Salesforce event record, with each guest's name and individual response status captured.
Multi-attendee meetings are common for enterprise deals. If Salesforce only reflects the primary guest, reps and managers reviewing the event have no visibility into who else was involved or whether key stakeholders confirmed. That's a meaningful gap in deal context.

We reworked how we write meeting attendees to Salesforce and now write directly to EventRelation records.
What's new:
- Status changes propagate (Accepted → Declined updates instead of freezing)
- Dropped/uninvited guests are removed on reschedule & cancel
- Salesforce Event stays accurate over the meeting's whole lifecycle

This is standard in Gong conversation records syncing back to Salesforce. Would like this info from Chili Piper as well
