There's no way to monitor how much availability a queue or meeting type is offering at any given time. Admins and ops teams resort to manually opening each meeting link and counting available slots, then recording those numbers in spreadsheets or reports. There's no way to extract this data from Chili Piper directly.
Track and surface two key availability signals per queue or meeting type: the date and time of the next available appointment, and the total number of bookable slots currently open. This data should be accessible via reporting or export so teams can monitor availability trends over time without manual effort.
Without this, admins building weekly availability reports for their teams have no choice but to open every meeting link individually and count slots by hand. A few reps on vacation can silently collapse a high-priority queue's availability without anyone noticing until conversion starts dropping.
