Use AI to infer lead quality and intent from free-text form responses
Taylor Jennings
Routing rules today rely on structured field values like company size or industry. When a form includes open-text fields, such as "how can we help you?" or "describe your use case," that text isn't used to assess lead quality or influence routing because there's no way to interpret unstructured input.
Requested behavior: Use AI to analyze free-text form responses and infer lead quality signals, such as intent level, fit, or urgency, that can then be used as conditions in routing logic or as a scored field on the record.
Why it matters: Open-text responses often contain the richest signal about buyer intent, but they're ignored by structured routing rules. AI interpretation of that text could meaningfully improve routing accuracy and lead prioritization.

AI Input Field Interpretation

AI agent reads off fields like "describe your use case" or "Tell us a little more about what you want to discuss".
The agent returns values set by the admin like "MQL" or "Support"
This would greatly improve overall routing accuracy and conversion rates. Avoid misrouted customers and deflect bad fits.
