audit log to see all history for prospect
Drew Zieff
Admins have no single view of everything Chili Piper has done with a given prospect. Activity is siloed by product: Concierge, Distro, Handoff, and Chat each surface their own logs independently, with no unified place to trace a prospect's full journey.
Chili Piper should provide a prospect-level activity timeline that consolidates all product touchpoints in chronological order, including when a meeting was booked through Concierge, when ownership was assigned or updated via Distro, when a meeting was handed off from one rep to another, and when any chat interactions occurred.
For customers using multiple products, this view is essential for troubleshooting, QA, and understanding why a specific prospect was handled a certain way. Without it, piecing together what happened requires jumping between multiple sections of the admin UI and is often incomplete or impossible.
