Form submission reporting counts every submission, including multiple submissions from the same visitor or email address. Admins conducting lead flow audits who need to compare unique submissions across systems, such as against Salesforce or a MAP, have no way to filter for unique records in Chili Piper.

Allow admins to pull a report on unique form submissions that deduplicates repeat submissions from the same email address or visitor, similar to unique visitor reporting in Google Analytics.

Without deduplication, submission counts are inflated and can't be accurately compared against upstream or downstream systems. Ops teams auditing lead flow integrity need a true unique count to identify where records are being created multiple times and diagnose quality issues.
