Report on true meeting attendance rates using calendar data

Show and no-show rates in Chili Piper rely entirely on manual rep input, which is inconsistent and easy to game. There's no way to derive true attendance from objective data, such as whether participants actually joined the calendar event, independent of what the rep logged.
Surface true attend rates by using calendar data, such as guest acceptance status, join confirmation from conferencing integrations, or other available signals, to calculate whether a meeting actually occurred without depending solely on rep-entered outcomes.
Manual outcome logging produces unreliable attend rate data. When reps know their commission or performance metrics depend on these numbers, the incentive to misreport is real. Objective attendance signals give ops and leadership a source of truth that can be used alongside or instead of rep-logged outcomes.

This would be extremely helpful if we could rely fully on your Show and No-Show rates without asking reps to fill that out manually. Huge waste of time when the rest of your tool saves them time and makes them more productive.
