Automatic no-show detection for Zoom meetings
in progress (now)

Marking a meeting as a no-show in Chili Piper currently requires manual input from a rep. For teams using Zoom, attendance data is available but isn't connected to Chili Piper, so no-show detection can't happen automatically.
Requested behavior: Integrate with Zoom's attendance data to automatically detect and mark meetings as no-shows in Chili Piper when the participant didn't join, without requiring any manual action from the rep.
Why it matters: Manual no-show marking is inconsistent and relies on rep follow-through. Automating it with Zoom attendance data improves data accuracy, saves rep time, and ensures no-show reporting reflects reality.

Automate No-Show toggle update with native Zoom integration

We would like to automate the no-show toggled if no external participant joins the Zoom call. This would massively increase reporting accuracy and reduce AE workload

A common request is for us to "automate no shows" so that end users no longer have to toggle themselves.
Human error can often get in the way and at times it becomes difficult to get end users to adopt the no show toggle.
It would be a huge help if we could detect whether or not someone showed or no showed a meeting and then pushed that to Salesforce/Hubspot automatically without human intervention. It would set Chili Piper apart from other apps as well.
This would be helpful as it pertains to reporting for admins so they don't have to depend on end users remembering to toggle the no show button.
