If Chat allowed Leads to be created in Hubspot before they get to Salesforce, that would mean that the Chat flow can be the same as the other inbound flows through forms. Salesforce is still the CRM, but like with our Chat integration with Marketo, this would make it easier for customers who run everything through Hubspot to switch to Chat.
