Enrichment in Distro

Routing logic often depends on fields that aren't populated at the time a record enters Distro, such as company size, industry, or territory. Today, there's no native way to enrich a record mid-flow before routing conditions are evaluated.
Requested behavior: Add an enrichment node in Distro that can be inserted into a routing flow to enrich a record before downstream conditions or assignments are evaluated, similar to how enrichment works in the Concierge today.
Why it matters: Prevents routing failures caused by missing field data, reduces dependency on external enrichment tools running before records enter Chili Piper, and keeps enrichment logic inside the routing graph where it's visible and maintainable.

If it doesn't already, we use a different third party enrichment tool so we'd want to use webhooks/API calls to run that enrichment through Distro and Concierge if possible. Our industry (public sector local government/schools) isn't supported by the B2B vendors you partner with. We use Starbridge.ai for our contact data and intent signal enrichment

Enrichment is currently only available through Concierge. However, in order to make routing decisions in a Distro use case, this customer needs to pull data from ZoomInfo.
