Performance/Merit-Based Lead Distribution

Routing in Chili Piper distributes leads based on round-robin or static weighting. There's no way to factor in rep performance, meaning a rep who consistently closes deals at a higher rate receives the same pipeline allocation as one who doesn't.
Admins should be able to configure distribution weighting that adjusts dynamically based on rep performance signals, such as quota attainment, close rate by deal type, conversion rates by stage, or AI-scored sales execution quality. Higher-performing reps would receive proportionally more pipeline, with allocations recalibrated on a defined cadence, monthly being the most common request.
Today the workaround is manually pulling CRM data, analyzing performance, and updating distribution weights by hand each week or month. This is time-consuming, inconsistent, and creates a lag between when performance changes and when routing reflects it. A native performance-based weighting system would close that loop automatically and give sales leaders a meaningful lever for incentivizing results.

Dynamically route objects based on the number of accounts already owned so that distribution levels remain roughly equal across the team.
