Concierge load time improvements

Concierge load times have been reported at around 5 seconds or more, which is noticeably slower than competing tools. For a product sitting on the critical path between a prospect's intent and a booked meeting, every second of latency increases the risk of drop-off before the booking flow even starts.
Chili Piper should reduce Concierge load times significantly, bringing them in line with or below competitive benchmarks.
Slow load times on conversion-critical flows directly cost pipeline. A prospect who submitted a form is at peak intent, and a 5-second wait is enough friction to cause abandonment. This is not a UX preference, it is a conversion risk with measurable revenue impact.

We experienced this yesterday when testing Concierge on our website demo form. It's definitely a turn off and would be a huge value add if this was more in line with best-in-class user experiences.
