Custom logo on the Concierge loading screen

The Concierge loading screen has two states today, both controlled by the "Chili Piper branding" toggle in Branding & Language settings:
- On– Chili Piper logo appears on the loading screen, and "Powered by Chili Piper" appears at the bottom of reminders, notifications, and meeting confirmation screens
- Off– three dots in the brand's primary colour replace the logo, no "Powered by" footer
Customers want a third option: their own logo on the loading screen, independent of the "Powered by" footer behaviour.
