Chili Piper's current reporting only shows the bare minimum, such as meeting conversion rate (CVR). For our business, that's a very top-of-funnel metric and more of a vanity metric.
Because of this, we've had to invest significant resources to build reporting outside of the tool in order to track the full funnel: MQL → Opportunity Created → Opportunity Stage → Opportunity Closed Won.

This would be a big improvement to the UX.
It would make it incredibly more efficient to review the meetings being booked with my team without guessing and toggling between past and upcoming tabs.

We'd love to see this incorporated into Chili Piper to streamline and customize comms if a user books a meeting or doesn't book a meeting.
Our organization relies on Salesloft vs. Outreach, so this is critical to our workflows.
