  2. Currently the Intercom CP app works in Messenger, so we can manually trigger the app in the chat box. The app won't work as an operator bot app, however, despite showing the app available as a follow up action.   3. Currently, there is only the option to set who the meeting activity in Hubspot is assigned to and Chilipiper passes no value for who created the engagement.

    For ease of reporting, it is essential to capture both when working with an SDR <> AE handoff.

    For example;

    If Frank, an SDR, books a meeting for Don, an AE, the Hubspot meeting should have the following information;

    Activity Created by Frank
    Activity Assigned to Don

    Currently Don is being assigned but Frank is not showing in Activity Created By because of Chilipiper limitations in writing that information over.

  6. Ability to use Hot Handoff from Hubspot using an icon similar to the Salesforce integration. Currently, Hubspot users can only use hot handoff from an existing invitation email within gmail.

  7. We often need the ability to prepare before and after a meeting as a group, currently we only have the ability to add meeting buffers to the hosts calendar, would like the ability to add meeting buffers to guest calendars as well.

  8. As a follow up to a conversation I had with Jared Wexler, I'd like to request a feature to natively allow multiple calendars in Chili Piper. Right now, I connect CP to my work calendar (where the license is tied to), but it only accesses and blocks time from events within that calendar. As there is no sync option in Gcal between calendars (only sharing/visibility), it doesn't recognize events I'm already booked for on my other calendars. Can we investigate connecting multiple per user, with the goal of only allowing Chili Piper to book time when availability is seen across…

  10. It would be nice to have the option to duplicate a workspace to make easier to iterate and in instances where a similar setup is required.

    For example, we are in the process of creating workspaces for our EMEA and US sales teams. They have almost exactly the same setup in terms of meeting types and queues but we have to build the second one from the ground up again because we can't duplicate the space.

  11. "See prospect in crm" is a button in the slack notification that is sent when a meeting is booked through Instant Booker. It would be great for that to be available in the slack notification when the meeting is booked through Hot Handoff and any other booking type as well. Id argue it's most valuable for Hot Handoffs since those are transferred live, and easy and quick access to the CRM record is critical. It seems as though this would be an easy and incredibly valuable add since it's already built into other notifications and would resolve a big pain…

  12. Write the latest value to "BookingStatusCP__c" if the form is submitted more than once during the same session. Here is an example. One of our prospects submitted a form at 10:45 and did not book a meeting. At 10.46, the form was submitted again by the same prospect, and this time meeting was booked. Chili Piper wrote to HubSpot "Booked" at 10:46 but it was updated to "Not Booked" at 10:50, which is the wrong status.

  14. Would be helpful to have the meeting record in HubSpot marked with a Meeting Outcome of Completed via the integration. Would also need to be sure that any meeting marked as Completed could also be updated to a No-Show when the prospect is marked as not attending in Chili Piper.

  15. When Zoom or any other integration has a disconnect a notification email should be sent to the end-user in order to inform them.

    This is already done with calendar connection, but is important for conference details as well since this can result in blank information sent to prospects.

    At the very least, a notification sent at the time of booking to indicate the conference details couldn't be included.

  16. The integration only allows for one connected number, which means we have to choose between sending SMS reminders to the UK or ROW, but not both. The ability to choose which Twilio number to use when setting reminders i.e. Alphanumeric sender ID for UK or international long codes for everywhere else would allow us to use the reminders across all markets.

  17. We want to shift to reporting demos in the opportunity object, because it solves event duplication issues and makes funnel reporting much cleaner. We would like for Chilipiper to autocreate an opportunity when a prospect books a meeting on a rep's calendar.

  18. Right now the router name is only passed to Hubspot if the contact books. Why does it not pass to Hubspot if they don't book or are disqualified? This is still important information for our reporting

  19. Hey there! I was just thinking that it would be really helpful if we could associate a meeting with multiple entities instead of just one. Right now, we can only choose between Ticket, Company, or Deal. But if we could select more than one option, it would definitely make things more efficient.
