  2. Currently the Intercom CP app works in Messenger, so we can manually trigger the app in the chat box. The app won't work as an operator bot app, however, despite showing the app available as a follow up action.   3. As a follow up to a conversation I had with Jared Wexler, I'd like to request a feature to natively allow multiple calendars in Chili Piper. Right now, I connect CP to my work calendar (where the license is tied to), but it only accesses and blocks time from events within that calendar. As there is no sync option in Gcal between calendars (only sharing/visibility), it doesn't recognize events I'm already booked for on my other calendars.   5. "See prospect in crm" is a button in the slack notification that is sent when a meeting is booked through Instant Booker. It would be great for that to be available in the slack notification when the meeting is booked through Hot Handoff and any other booking type as well. Id argue it's most valuable for Hot Handoffs since those are transferred live, and easy and quick access to the CRM record is critical.   6. Our new G2 Integration is awesome. However, it lacks country routing which is critical to so manyof our customers.

    G2 also seems to pull country from IP and pass that to my customers CRM so the data is available.

    Would be great to get that data passed to us asap so we can include country routing rules.

  7. Right now, only the main guest and their response status is tracked on the salesforce event. However, there are frequent situations where there are additional guests other than the main guest and host added through instant booker and who also receive an invite. Visibility into each of those guests' names as well as their specific response status would be a huge win.

  8. You can embed times and insert a preset "Click here to schedule!" hyperlinked text, but can't just copy the link to hyperlink your own text. I often insert the preset hyperlink text, click it, copy the booking URL, then delete and hyperlink my own text.

  9. It would be a huge quality of life improvement for the Slack integration to be updated. Right now we send a Slack message to a channel which:1) Tags the meeting assignee2) Tags the Lead/Contact owner3) Includes event details (date/time/meeting type)4) Includes meeting context (we ask for additional details on the marketo form used for Concierge routing)Right now this process is managed via Zaper (which is really cumbersome -- see https://suggest.chilipiper.com/feature-requests/p/several-improvements-to-zapier-integration)It need to maintain 3 different Zap workflows – one each for existing leads, existing contacts, and net-new LeadsIn addition to the Slack alert replicating my functionality below, being able to…

  10. For large companies with multiples Workspaces, having this information available as a custom field in Salesforce can greatly help with our reporting at a level larger than Router or Queue name.

  11. We're using the Zapier integration to log the event's assignee and start datetime to use in marketing nurture & reminder emails and texts. Right now we're defaulting to EST as that's where our HQ is, but it would be great to customize the email based on the timezone the meeting was booked in, therefore the prospect's timezone.

Please create an Okta integration with Chili Piper so that we can automate user provisioning and de-provisioning.It would be extremely helpful to not have to manually audit records or assign users to different workspaces, queues, etc as new hires start, users leave the company, or get promoted.

  14. It would be great if there was an option within queues to NOT update the Salesforce contact. we use queues for multi meetings and sometimes a client will put both names in the one first name field, or use a spouses email and their name - thus updating their contact to the wrong name.

  16. When Zoom or any other integration has a disconnect a notification email should be sent to the end-user in order to inform them.

    This is already done with calendar connection, but is important for conference details as well since this can result in blank information sent to prospects.

    At the very least, a notification sent at the time of booking to indicate the conference details couldn't be included.

  17. Would be nice to have an easy way to modify suggested times once they've been added in without having to erase and re-do. This is useful to check/update the correct meeting type, update duration, ensure all the guests are on the recipient list, ensure proper time zone is displayed, etc. If any one of these is potentially off, you have to erase and restart

We can do this today with some APEX code and process builders, but would be much easier to setup and manage if CP could create an Opportunity when a meeting gets booked of a certain meeting type, although it may need to be an optional setting... possibly within the chrome ext during booking or after you book a meeting.

  19. Today we currently can relate meeting types to open opportunities. It's common for Sales teams to add/require reps to add contact roles on the opportunity for reporting, keeping track of stakeholders, etc....It would be a nice addition to automate adding contact roles to the opportunity.
