Webhook resend
Currently, when a custom webhook (e.g., sending appointment data to an external endpoint like Power Automate) fails due to issues on the receiving end, Chili Piper dont logs the failure and does not provide an option for admins to manually resend the specific failed event(s) from the Meetings Activity or Events History dashboard. Support has confirmed there is no built-in mechanism to re-trigger these failed webhook payloads, which creates operational challenges, such as manual recreation of appointments or reliance on API workarounds. Webhook Filtering
We're currently leveraging the Chili Piper new meetings webhook to automate a critical sales process that previously required significant manual effort (hours daily for data export, filtering, and formatting for Eloqua). This automation has greatly improved efficiency.
However, the current webhook functionality sends all concierge meeting data. This necessitates an additional filtering step within our Power Automate flow to exclude data from concierges we don't need to consume via the webhook. This adds an unnecessary layer of processing on our end and potentially increases data transfer overhead for Chili Piper.
We request a modification to the Chili Piper webhook configuration…

Insert Suggested Times from the Gong Anywhere Extension
You can use the Gong Anywhere extension to write emails wherever you are at in your browser. Being able to insert Chili Piper Suggested Times into these emails in the Gong extension would be very useful, especially since it seems like you can access integrations within that email popup.

Integrate with Marketo Measure (Bizzable)
Direct integration with Marketo Measure to measure impact via engagements and sources to track attribution.
Direct integration is needed because if it's fed via Salesforce, Marketo Measure considers it an offline source, leading to a loss of certain data points.

Customize Data for Webhook
It would be great if we were able to customize the payload that gets sent through the current webhook integration. The payload today misses data such as utms or landing page which would be beneficial to pass to our Marketing Automation platform.

Update CP.DataField.ContactFirstName Dynamic Field per Recipient
I've noticed that when we invite multiple guests to a call, the dynamic field CP.DataField.ContactFirstName only populates with one contact's first name. As a result, the other guests don't see their names in the meeting invite title. The same applies when we add the dynamic field to the meeting description.
It would be great if there was a way to either include all guests’ first names in the description or have it dynamically update based on each recipient.

CRM field for time zone of prospect
When a prospect selects a different time zone than the one presented to them, this is not recorded anywhere except in our database.
It was suggested to me that we should store this time zone as a field in the CRM Event record as a custom field, or otherwise make it available as a dynamic tag to embed there.

Facebook lead ad integration
I spend a lot of my advertising budget on Facebook lead ads, but if I sent them to a Chili Piper page after to book a meeting with my team, they have to fill out the form again. Would be great to be able to enable a prospect to book a meeting after converting from a Facebook lead ad.. ideally directly in Facebook but it could also work on a thank you page I redirect them to... would just need to pass thru the info they already submitted so they don't have to refill a form.

Allow multiple Twilio number code types to be used (Alphanumeric and international long code)
The integration only allows for one connected number, which means we have to choose between sending SMS reminders to the UK or ROW, but not both. The ability to choose which Twilio number to use when setting reminders i.e. Alphanumeric sender ID for UK or international long codes for everywhere else would allow us to use the reminders across all markets.
