We organize all of our Teams by Subsegment (AE Sales Title). However, our distributions are regionally segmented. Some regions have a much lower lead flow to our Senior (Mid Market) AEs than others, so to compensate for the lack of distributions, we add Senior AE Sales Titles to lower distributions at a controlled weighting. This also provides us coverage when Teams rotate out to attend offsite events.
Having to muddy our Teams with various sales titles under nonmatching CP Teams creates a lot of confusion and complications with provisioning. It also makes distribution fairness troubleshooting impossible if we decide to move members between teams as a workaround.
Having more than one team in a distribution would significantly improve our data hygiene and distribution parody between Sales Titles.
