The Chili Piper browser extension is only available on Chrome, so reps who work in Edge can't install or use it. Ship a Microsoft Edge build so Edge users get the same in-browser extension functionality without switching browsers. Today the fallback is the Gong integration, which covers some extension functions from within Gong but isn't a full replacement for the extension itself.

It seems silly to not be able to delete a field mapping if one was applied in error. Right now you have to delete the entire data field to get rid of the mapping.

The spam checker is bundled with Concierge and can't be used independently. Teams that want spam filtering capabilities but don't use Concierge for scheduling have no way to access it. The spam checker should be available as a standalone capability that can be applied to any form or routing flow, independent of whether Concierge is being used. Bundling spam checking with Concierge excludes teams that route through Distro or other flows from using a feature that would benefit them. A standalone option extends spam protection across the full platform.

AI-generated meeting briefs aren't delivered to internal reps in an editable format. Requested behavior: Allow internal users to receive the AI-generated brief for an upcoming meeting via email or in-app notification, and edit or annotate it before the meeting starts. Why it matters: Reps going into meetings without context miss personalization opportunities. Editable briefs let reps correct AI errors and add their own notes, improving meeting quality.
