  1. Sorting Queues/Templates/Reminders/Routers

    I have lots and lots of queues and templates in my Chili Piper workspace. Searching for the right queue or template can take a while and I always CTRL + F and then search. Would be awesome if I had a way to sort, based on name, active/inactive, type, or # of Assignees in the queue for usability purposes.

  2. Archive functionality

    Ability to archive queues, templates, etc without fulling deleting to clean up workspaces.

  3. Emojis instead of Hot,Spicy,Free icon in Instant Booker

    While creating a Workspace, Admin has the ability to choose emoji. This is however only visible for Admins. I suggest to make this emoji visible for All users in the Instant Booker. In case if customer has different workspace for sales teams in different countries, it makes it even easier for booker to choose the correct workspace (aside of the workspace name, booker will see the small emoji which could be set for the US or the EU flag for example). Right now, all workspaces has icon of the license next to it (flame for hot license etc.)
