Character limit on forms fields - phone number, name
Currently, there is no validation on the Phone field, which can lead to users entering incorrect or overly long numbers. For businesses that serve only U.S.-based clients, the system already adds the country code (+1) automatically.
To prevent users from mistakenly entering additional digits (e.g., duplicating the country code or adding invalid characters), it would be helpful to implement a character limit on the Phone field. This would ensure more accurate data entry and improve overall form validation.

Forms should be a separate asset that can be used in multiple meeting types
Forms now should be the same in Legacy, where they're a separate asset and can be used in multiple meeting types. This allows the admin to create a global form and apply changes if necessary in just one place

Meeting Type Localization
We would like to be able to localize meeting types so that each meeting can have multiple translations. This would prevent the need to create 4-5 different meeting types for the same purpose, which complicates our setup in both the flow builder and the number of assets we end up with.

Native Chili Piper Forms
Having forms within Chili Piper and not needing to integrate with another form provider. It's something that a lot of people assume we have and are surprised we don’t.

Adding Dynamic Tag functionality in Subject
Within Meeting Types -> Reminders and Messages -> Message -> Subject — requesting for functionality to add dynamic tags.
I was able to figure out using the tag generated in the "insert dynamic tag" in description, it'd be great if the functionality would pop up when updating the subject area in CP.

Ability to track opens/clicks on meeting reminders
Currently, there is no analytics on the meeting reminders being sent and how the prospect is interacting with them. It is helpful to be able to audit if they are delivered, opened (or going to spam) etc. We often get feedback from prospects that they never received the reminder, there is no way for us to discern if this is an actual issue with the invite or if it is a issue on their end.
It would be extremely helpful to be able to see the activity on the reminders and the message that went out / what time.

"Confirm Attendance" Button in Reminder Emails
Add a "Confirm Attendance" (or similar) button to meeting reminder emails sent via Chili Piper, allowing invitees to explicitly confirm they will attend the scheduled meeting.
To reduce meeting no-shows by prompting invitees to confirm attendance ahead of time. A simple "Confirm" button in reminder emails can act as a light-touch commitment mechanism, improving attendance rates.

Being able to edit personal Meeting types in a users profile
In the legacy app, we used to be able to edit a users personal meeting link if they were having some issues. In the new Fire environment we are no longer able to edit. Is there a method to edit that is in the works?

Exclude Weekends from Availability Range in Meeting Templates
Currently, the availability range set in meeting templates counts all calendar days, including weekends. It would be helpful to have an option to count only business days (e.g., Monday through Friday). This would be especially beneficial for teams that do not work on weekends, as it would increase the effective availability shown in their calendars and better reflect their actual working hours.

Filter for any/all inactive assets
The ability to filter assets based on inactivity may help with admin overhead when cleaning up the configuration on every month/quarter.
When there are multiple admins, being able to filter down the number of assets can be helpful to navigate around the platform.
If there are any assets ready to launch, it'll be helpful to hide them until go-live.

Prevent users without a license to be added to a Distribution
Right now, users can be added to a Distribution without a license and this can cause sometimes the user to be skipped and not assigned to records making hard to diagnose without an error or warning on the screen.

Maintain Question Order in Meeting Description Using {{CP.DataField.AllFormFields}} Tag
When using a booking link that contains a series of form questions arranged in a specific order, the {{CP.DataField.AllFormFields}} tag currently does not preserve that order in the meeting description. Instead, the questions and answers appear in a seemingly arbitrary order.
Request:
It would be highly beneficial if the meeting description displayed the form responses in the same sequence as configured in the booking form. This would improve readability, maintain logical flow, and reduce confusion, especially in use cases where the order of questions carries context or priority.
This enhancement would help teams ensure consistency in how form data is…

Icons to show who is included in a group call - From Scheduling Links Page
In the old UI, I used to be able to see an icon of all the team members who would be included in a group call, but I'm no longer about to do that in fire. It would be really helpful to see at a glance. For now, I am renaming my group calls to include the list of attendees.

Show Google / Teams instead of "Host default"
Currently when the default is selected as Google Meet or Teams, the guest form shows the option as "Use Host Default Scheduling". This isn't clear what that scheduling option is or even what it really signifies.
Instead, it should be more clear either what the default is, or be worded to say something along the lines of "Host will specify conference location" , etc... make it clear what this option is.

Add a place to upload files to use in the concierge. Using CSS background images with files on different servers is now causing COEP errors.
SPecifically on the concierge screen, where a user can select between phone call and book meeting. My company would like to customize that to use special color and images, but the only way to do that is with CSS, more specifically background images, and those are now (as of last/early this week) erroring out due to COEP errors:
Failed to load resource: net::ERRBLOCKEDBY_RESPONSE.NotSameOriginAfterDefaultedToSameOriginByCoep
Cross-Origin Embedder Policy (COEP): COEP is a more recent security policy that further restricts how a document can be embedded in other contexts. It's designed to prevent certain types of attacks, especially those that leverage…

Reschedule and Cancellation Templates
When a meeting is rescheduled or cancelled, an updated invite is sent to the attendees. However, the body of this invite is exactly the same as the original. It would be useful to change the language in the body of the email they receive when rescheduling or cancelling to eliminate any confusion. For example, if the original invite says "Thank you for scheduling your tour..." it would be useful to update the body to say something like "Your tour has been cancelled" or "Your tour has been rescheduled" instead.
