  3. Right now, using the JS options, we can write to custom fields on the event object (or activity object really). It would be nice if there was a way to do this with router links as well because some customers would like to write to UTM's on the event object and it's complex to make that happen.

another option would be to update fields directly on the event node in the concierge router and to have the option to either update fields with values from the form or update static fields. It's common to have to set the "type" or…

  4. Right now, UTM's show up in the Meeting Activity Dashboard when added to router links or the form mapping if a form is submitted. If a user wants to use the JS API though and put UTM's in the lead object, the UTM's don't appear in the Meeting Activity Dashboard.

This is confusing and feels inconsistent as admins are given multiple options to use the CP Router but on one of them UTM's don't appear in Meeting Activity. Would appreciate if this was added!

  5. Right now, you need to switch to either tab in order to view a particular meeting. It would be nice to just select the date range and see upcoming and past meetings in one list without having to toggle between tabs

  6. The Meetings Activity page is sorted by scheduled meeting by default. As an admin, it's important to know when a meeting is booked as well, so it's good to have another column for Created date/Booking date and be able to sort it as well. Again, in Meetings Activity page

  7. It would be interesting to automatically associated meetings through Chili Piper with pipeline generation and display that within the Chili Piper dashboard. This would help report ROI and give us a look at pipeline coming through Chili Piper.

  8. The ability for customers for customers monitor what the avg. wait time is from form-fill to first availability displayed would be a huge value-add.

Customers can use the minimum scheduling notice, but based on historical calendar availability, it would be very valuable to understand when is the first available time. Was it 1, 2, 3, 4 days from current day, for example?

The fear is that prospects might get discouraged and go elsewhere if the first available meeting is 5 days from then. We're tracking the average time from submission to when they ultimately schedule a call, but not what's…

  9. When we go on Concierge router logs we can filter by Statuses - Assignees and Sources -
We need to be able to filter the "Error" ones

Today even when we download CSV extract from the logs it doesn't show the Errors

As Admins don't receive notifications for failed CRM actions, there's no easy way to find and address those problems when they happen

  10. Looking for a way to see a funnel that shows how much drop-off is happening on the forms prior to showing the calendar. In-app charts start at "submissions" which I believe is after someone has completed the form.

  11. Looking for a way to see what time coverage we have (and ideally how many slots) we have across all our reps. What i am trying to do is make sure we have sufficient coverage across all time zones

  12. Saw this capability with outreach, and thought having the same with ChiliPiper would be good. When you go to schedule a meeting on your calendar, or have a meeting put on your calendar by a customer/partner who DID NOT book with CP, there should be a way to easily note what type of meeting it is.

The idea would be to have a drop down in the calendar invite which allows users to pick the meeting type. This will help RevOps teams better audit what meetings reps are taking.

  14. It would be ideal and save time for both the admins and the support team if instead of needing to reach out each time to figure out the IP of the user that submitted a form, it would be logged.

  15. Would be great to capture the metrics below for reporting dashboard:

    • Attendance rate: The percentage of people invited who actually showed up.
    • Participation rate: How actively people joined in during the meeting, like sharing ideas, asking questions, or making comments. Not sure if this can be done.
    • Number of meetings: How many meetings happened in a set time. Including trends compared to same time last year.
    • Average meeting duration by sales person would be interesting
    • Time spent in meetings: Total hours individuals or teams spend in meetings over time.
    • Most popular meeting time would…

  16. There's no visibility for managers/admins into if Bookers are consistently skipping Assignees. They want to see the date and time someone was booked, by whom, and who was next in line. Currently to do that it's manually looking at the meeting History and trying to find patterns.

It'd be even better if Chili Piper could proactively alert admins to Assignees consistently being skipped and/or a Booker that is consistently skipping people.

  20. It would be extremely helpful to see true attend rates for meetings. Chili Piper has access to calendar info so I wonder if there is a way to manipulate data to determine if users truly show up for a meeting or not. This would be EXTREMELY useful to showing accurate attend/no show rates.
