  3. Allow end-users, not admins, to use the Reassign feature in the Dashboard.

    Currently, only admins or workspace admins can use this Reassign feature. This poses an extra step that will be more streamlined if the end-users can Reassign their own meetings.

  7. As an admin, I need the ability to quickly search for a single user's events, so I can quickly find their Chili Piper events.

    [Workspace] >> Dashboard >> Add Filter >> Value (make Value searchable)

    Need to be able to search for a specific value instead of scrolling through lots and lots of usernames.

It would be useful to be able to subscribe to the in-app reports - ex: subscribe to receive reports on analytics of concierge on a daily, weekly, monthly basis etc....This way admins get a time based recap on the metrics they care about measuring for their team - all sent to them in an overall recap via email

  9. When leads come inbound and don't book a meeting, Chili Piper assigns them to my sales team. I would love to see a report, similar to "Calibration Reports" that shows me the # of leads distributed per rep as well as a link to those leads so I can audit to make sure my reps are following up accordingly.

  11. In the dashboard you can export a CSV of meetings, and this dashboard contains (and can be filtered by) Account. However, the CSV export lacks the Account data. For accuracy, this should be added.

  12. Chili Piper has a lot of useful information as to what happens when someone attempts to schedule that is only available in the history on the dashboard. All of our other reporting is driven out of our data warehouse. We really need an API to be able to ingest this information, or need you to push even more detail into the Salesforce records so that we can get it through the event record.

  15. It would be useful to have more visibility on how much time / flexibility is being offered when people use a queue link or Concierge.

    For example, are prospects seeing only a couple of slots when they click, or are there many slots available? Is time offered only a few days out, or is there always something available at our minimum lead time?

    I will use this data to work with the team to make sure we have enough staff on this function so that we are offering more than ample times for prospects to book with us.

  16. Please offer an API to allow us to export the data from the reports page to external data warehouses. While we can get the calls scheduled from the Salesforce events, there's a ton of other visibility from the reports around queues used, lack of availability for reps, etc. that we can't pull into our existing reporting tools.

  19. My very next meeting is the most important meeting. Everything else should be re-ordered so it is on top.

    Currently the display order for meetings in the Dashboard is by date, with the latest meeting at the top. This is not helpful because I have to scroll down and find today's date to see which meetings I have today. The past meetings should be in a separate list at the bottom. The upcomming meetings should be displayed in chronological order: soonest to most distant in the future.

  20. When testing concierge, users make test submissions that sometimes are actually booked meetings. Currently, you can only delete test meetings that are not booked by adding "?debug=true" as per this article https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053800073-How-do-I-remove-a-prospect-from-Prospect-History-
