  1. It would be useful to be able to subscribe to the in-app reports - ex: subscribe to receive reports on analytics of concierge on a daily, weekly, monthly basis etc....This way admins get a time based recap on the metrics they care about measuring for their team - all sent to them in an overall recap via email

  3. When leads come inbound and don't book a meeting, Chili Piper assigns them to my sales team. I would love to see a report, similar to "Calibration Reports" that shows me the # of leads distributed per rep as well as a link to those leads so I can audit to make sure my reps are following up accordingly.

  5. Allow end-users, not admins, to use the Reassign feature in the Dashboard.

    Currently, only admins or workspace admins can use this Reassign feature. This poses an extra step that will be more streamlined if the end-users can Reassign their own meetings.

  8. Similar to the No Show Button. Allow assignees to tag meetings as "Disqualified" for meetings our reps have that do not meet our criteria for an opportunity and credit them back a meeting. This would be extremely helpful for our users to give feedback to marketing and SDRs and eliminate us having to create an opportunity in Salesforce just to simply closed/lost it immediately. Would also allow us to see which meetings are "Good", no showed, cancelled, and "disqualified"

  9. The current User UI shows the license type, default workspace, and other workspace that a user is included in - which is a very good view. BUT, if you export it, the reports looks so complex - the license type is not there, the workspaces are presented as columns. To be able to export it as is (like the UI) would be great

  10. Currently UTM params can only be passed to direct booking links which greatly undermines their usefulness. Please allow us to pass UTM params through routers and queue links.

  11. When testing concierge, users make test submissions that sometimes are actually booked meetings. Currently, you can only delete test meetings that are not booked by adding "?debug=true" as per this article https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053800073-How-do-I-remove-a-prospect-from-Prospect-History-

The 'attended' vs 'no-show' toggle (with the chrome plugin) is very useful BUT since it only has 2 states and defaults to 'guest attended' it's impossible to get useful insight from the data - It's not possible to differentiate betweena) Agents that are not using the toggle vs. b) Assignees that have agreat attendance rate.Could I please request a third, default state that shows that the agent hasn't used the attended/no-show button ie:1) Unknown (default state)2) Guest attended2) No ShowIf you could implement that 3rd state we could get real value from the chrome extension.

  16. It would be great to be able to download the queue histories themselves, similarly to how we can download router histories.This would be very useful for campaign tracking, particularly with our non-SFDC customers and for CRMs that aren't currently supported by Zapier.

  17. It would be helpful for auditing and troubleshooting to be able to see what date and time a meeting was booked for in the Queue History. Currently we can only see when a meeting was booked and with whom.

  19. It would be great to be able to view a list of reminders that have been sent as well as a list of queued reminders available to the admins. This would greatly improve troubleshooting when the Sales reps claim that reminders are not being generated. Also, when offboarding a rep this could help us see what is currently going out and to whom.
