Reporting Metric Ideas
Would be great to capture the metrics below for reporting dashboard:
• Attendance rate: The percentage of people invited who actually showed up.
• Participation rate: How actively people joined in during the meeting, like sharing ideas, asking questions, or making comments. Not sure if this can be done.
• Number of meetings: How many meetings happened in a set time. Including trends compared to same time last year.
• Average meeting duration by sales person would be interesting
• Time spent in meetings: Total hours individuals or teams spend in meetings over time.
• Most popular meeting time would…1 vote -
Visibility in skips in Handoff
There's no visibility for managers/admins into if Bookers are consistently skipping Assignees. They want to see the date and time someone was booked, by whom, and who was next in line. Currently to do that it's manually looking at the meeting History and trying to find patterns.
It'd be even better if Chili Piper could proactively alert admins to Assignees consistently being skipped and/or a Booker that is consistently skipping people.

Additional Columns for Dashboard CSV Download
It would be super helpful to have 'Booked By', 'Account' and 'Guest Name' in the CSV when downloading a Dashboard report for better analysis.

Show cancelled meetings in reporting
Once a meeting is cancelled, there is no visibility to the meeting in Chili Piper. It is only visible in the Prospect History as having been booked. It would be helpful to have a report of cancelled meetings, similar to the one that exists for booked/active meetings (including the option to open up the meeting, see when it was cancelled, and what reminders were sent prior to cancellation).

Add a filter to see "TOMORROW" meetings, not just all "upcoming"

End users to use the Reassign function in the Dashboard
Allow end-users, not admins, to use the Reassign feature in the Dashboard.
Currently, only admins or workspace admins can use this Reassign feature. This poses an extra step that will be more streamlined if the end-users can Reassign their own meetings.

Create a Calendar view in the "prospect history"
Pull together a calendar to show all the booked meetings via chilipiper (and sortable by assignee) in the Prospect History report. Would help understand where leads are booking, and which ones have come and passed

Data on attends
It would be extremely helpful to see true attend rates for meetings. Chili Piper has access to calendar info so I wonder if there is a way to manipulate data to determine if users truly show up for a meeting or not. This would be EXTREMELY useful to showing accurate attend/no show rates.

Tracking number of slots available when booking a meeting
It would be useful to have more visibility on how much time / flexibility is being offered when people use a queue link or Concierge.
For example, are prospects seeing only a couple of slots when they click, or are there many slots available? Is time offered only a few days out, or is there always something available at our minimum lead time?
I will use this data to work with the team to make sure we have enough staff on this function so that we are offering more than ample times for prospects to book with us.

Allow Admins to subscribe to In-App Reports that can be emailed to them on a defined time interval
It would be useful to be able to subscribe to the in-app reports - ex: subscribe to receive reports on analytics of concierge on a daily, weekly, monthly basis etc....This way admins get a time based recap on the metrics they care about measuring for their team - all sent to them in an overall recap via email

Share info as to why Designated Assignee wasn't chosen
There are a lot of reasons why a Designated Assignee wasn't chosen in a Handoff use case and being able to pull reporting on this will help increase utilization of licenses.

API for data reporting
Please offer an API to allow us to export the data from the reports page to external data warehouses. While we can get the calls scheduled from the Salesforce events, there's a ton of other visibility from the reports around queues used, lack of availability for reps, etc. that we can't pull into our existing reporting tools.

Reporting metrics on personal booking links
Right now the only visibility into usage is through Conversion and distribution reporting. But there are customer who use personal booking links more than queues for their team and we have no visibility into the quantity of meetings booked through personal booking links.

Ability to export distirbution users including weights
Managers will request exports of the weighting of queues. Now that the Active assignees is in a confined box, I cannot take a full screenshot. It would be nice for me to be able to export the Active Assignees from each queue. For example, in the ESB queue there are 23 Assignees, and some have different weighting. I have to go through it slowly to see who is weighted differently to tell their manager, it is taking forever.
