  1. When Zoom or any other integration has a disconnect a notification email should be sent to the end-user in order to inform them.

    This is already done with calendar connection, but is important for conference details as well since this can result in blank information sent to prospects.

    At the very least, a notification sent at the time of booking to indicate the conference details couldn't be included.

    We now have automated notification emails and Slack messages for when a CRM, Video conferencing, or calendar integration breaks.

    • If user-level integration (calendar and video conferencing) was EVER previously connected and has become broken: the user will receive an email & a Slack letting them know the integration is no longer connected + link to reconnect if they want
    • If a CRM was EVER previously connected and has become broken: all users with the role admin will receive an email & a slack message letting them know the integration is no longer connected + link to reconnect for the related functionality to work
