Tentative Outlook prioritization
I'd like to mark calendar blocks in outlook as tentative for heads down work (a MS viva best practice... and generally a good action). This way internal colleagues know I'm working and can try to accommodate
BUT... I'd like external clients (who I prioritize) to be able to book over my tentative blooks (obviously still not booking over 'booked' blocks) through chillipiper
I wish Chilipiper could show tentative as available.... and in a perfect world, show them as a secondary choice after the primary options.

This can be accomplished with 'Priority Schedules', where you can mark individual (or groups of) events as 'Flexible.' That way, they're still in your calendar but marked as 'flexible and allow for Chili Piper meetings to be booked over them.
