Credit back prospect booking limit if meeting is cancelled

This is possible via Credit & Adjustment settings in your Distributions. To set it up:
- Enter the relevant Workspace
- Select 'Distributions' in the left navigation
- Select 'Credits & Adjustments' in the top navigation
- Under the section 'Credit Back Assignee', toggle 'Enabled' on for the setting 'If meeting is canceled'
