Add the option for additional questions AFTER someone has scheduled a meeting
Many customers want to reduce friction at the point of scheduling by only asking for essential info (like name and email) in the initial Concierge form. After the meeting is booked, they’d like to display a second form with optional or nice-to-have questions (e.g. product of interest, challenges, use case, attribution etc.) to further qualify the lead. Ideally, the responses from this post-booking form would be automatically pushed into Salesforce (or other connected systems) to enrich the lead.
This flow would help increase conversion rates while still enabling downstream teams to get the data they need to prepare for the meeting.

I would LOVE this. Currently, we send it in our reminder emails and the users have to then log the responses manually which is time consuming and tedious. The ability to push a CTA to users as an option after they book would be AWESOME. It could be optional and prompt them like "Provide more info to make this meeting seamless"
