  1. When a meeting is reassigned, we currently don't move the reassign meeting data to the contact/lead (meeting type, utm parameters). We should move this data to the contact/lead as it's now the current event data.

  3. It would be useful for customers like Convoso to prevent their bookers (SDR's) from changing the meeting type when handing off into a queue using Instant Booker. They still want their SDR's to be able to edit the description (already an existing setting), but they have automations that trigger off of the CPMeetingType field in Salesforce and these get messed up if an SDR changes the meeting type. This new feature could be added to the Extension tab for example.

  4. It would be great to be able to connect multiple meeting queues to a meeting type. The example use-case is that I want to send an invite out for a meeting that goes to a global audience, but depending on where they are located, I want to let them choose if they want to pick a time for a EMEA timezone friendly call (so this link would go to the EMEA team's link) or APAC or North America.

  5. We've been running into an issue where certain prospects are submitting their email address with a "+" at the end (i.e. johndoe@gmail.com+), causing errors with Salesforce event creation (as SFDC does not allow incorrect email addresses and automatically corrects them). It would be great if we could utilize ChiliPiper to "correct" these submissions after the fact, so that ChiliPiper does not error out when trying to create the event.

  7. Request the confirmation screen after a booking is completed in Instant Booker to display the date/time and calendar the event was successfully booked into. In our previous tool, the ICs would keep the booking confirmation screen tab to easily open to copy and paste the next scheduled event into in their follow up email to customers. Current workaround is writing it down before finalizing booking elsewhere or locating it in SFDC after the fact. Open to hearing other ideas to accomplish the IC's goal in the meantime :)

  9. Several of my customer have validation criteria in Salesforce to create leads/contact, such as including company information. When adding a lead/contact via the Instant Booker tool reps can skip this validation because it just asks for name and email. It would be useful for customers to be able to customize the fields that need to be filled out before adding a record via Instant Booker.

  10. Add dynamic variables to event name (ie booking person's company + my company as the event name) + allow dynamic variables in subject lines.

This will make it more consistent and allow for better calendar invite names(to fit standard call name format) and the reminder emails will reflect the calendar invite names
