An error occurred while saving the comment In the dashboard you can export a CSV of meetings, and this dashboard contains (and can be filtered by) Account. However, the CSV export lacks the Account data. For accuracy, this should be added.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kim from Avalara has suspicions that some of her reps are not being honest and are changing the queue that comes up when Instant Booker loads in order to stack leads to different reps. She has requested some kind of ability to track which queue the prospect routed to first either in logging or as a custom field so that she can report on whether the queue was changed by the rep.Another point that came up in conversation was the ability to set a "Strict workspace" ie: disallow the reps the ability from choosing another queue from the dropdown even if the prospect matches, and force them to select the first queue the prospect matches into.
We have some of our largest customers describing issues where they send suggested times to a prospect, and that prospect's security software "scans" the link, and it automatically books a time on behalf of the prospect.
This gives the impression that they are "auto-booking" meetings, and prospects get upset, deals are lost, and Chili Piper is blamed.
We need a way to prevent bots from booking meetings. Suggestions have included creating a captcha that a bot or human would need to complete before booking and/or a delay in the booking so that if a bot accesses a link (and in theory leaves that link in < 1 second) it does not get booked.
I think the solution can be two-fold. Implement a delay of a second or two on suggested times, and also offer the option of a captcha in case a stricter method of preventing bots is needed.
