  1. I would love when I am in logs, for concierge to be able to see at the top a breakout of submissions/meetings offered/meetings scheduled and the live call reporting so I can see how many of those submissions/ meetings became live calls.

  2. Right now, UTM's show up in the Meeting Activity Dashboard when added to router links or the form mapping if a form is submitted. If a user wants to use the JS API though and put UTM's in the lead object, the UTM's don't appear in the Meeting Activity Dashboard.

This is confusing and feels inconsistent as admins are given multiple options to use the CP Router but on one of them UTM's don't appear in Meeting Activity. Would appreciate if this was added!

  3. The Meetings Activity page is sorted by scheduled meeting by default. As an admin, it's important to know when a meeting is booked as well, so it's good to have another column for Created date/Booking date and be able to sort it as well. Again, in Meetings Activity page

  4. In the old platform, agents (non-admin users) had access to the "Dashboard" section, which allowed them to view their upcoming and past events.

In the new Fire platform, the equivalent functionality appears to be the "Meeting Activity" report. However, this report is restricted to Admin-only access.

It would be very helpful if regular users could also view their own meeting activity within this report, to maintain visibility and autonomy over their scheduling history, similar to what was available in the previous platform.

  5. It would be super helpful to have 'Booked By', 'Account' and 'Guest Name' in the CSV when downloading a Dashboard report for better analysis.

  6. We've had a couple instances where we have users report that our clients are booked in incorrect timezones. For instance; It should be 2pm Eastern time, but it shows 1pm Eastern time because the incorrect Eastern Timezone was selected (the one that does not observe Daylight Savings) but we have no way of confirming it. Please add this as a field we can see when looking at the event in Dashboard/Admin Panel.
